The NSS and Commerce Club of our Institute jointly organised a seminar on consumer awareness and Financial literacy on September 10th 2016 at 11.00 am in the College Auditorium. This occasion was graced by our Principal Rev Fr Alwin Serrao, the Guest Speaker Mr Vikrant Jindal - Certified Economic Planner and Mr Ranjan Verma – Convenor Consumer Education CGSI Mumbai , the NSS Co-ordinator Mr. Shridhar and the Commerce Club Co-ordinator Mr. Prashanth D’costa . The program inspired and enhanced the student’s knowledge on consumer grievances and financial literacy. Mr Vikranth Jindal Spoke about the Financial Literacy and Mr. Ranjan Verma spoke about the Consumer Awareness. This was a Bombay Stock Exchange and Consumer Guidance Society of India Initiative in association with Mangalore University.
