The Induction Program for the 1st-year students at Padua College of Commerce and Management was conducted by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on 23 August 2023. The program aimed to provide a warm welcome to the new students.

The program commenced at 10:00 AM at the auditorium. V.J. Dixon, the Chief Guest, shared inspiring words with the students, motivating them for their academic journey at Padua College. The session ended with him conducting some ice-breaking activities.

There was an introduction to the Aviation Course, where Miss Sanam, an expert in aviation, delivered an informative session. She highlighted the significance of this course and its career prospects, sparking the interest of many aspiring aviators.

Following the aviation session, Ms. Daphy, an experienced faculty member, introduced the students to the CA Foundation Course. She explained the course structure, subjects, and the importance of pursuing a career in chartered accountancy.

The Principal, Vice Principal, teaching and non-teaching faculty along with the first year students were present.
