Padua College of Commerce and Management celebrated the 8th College day on 25th January 2019 in the Open-Air stage.  This special day began by distributing of the prizes at 3.30 P.M where many students received prizes for the various competitions won by them.

The formal program began at 4.00 P.M. The program was graced by ; Rev Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Campus Incharge, St Philomena College, Puttur as our Chief Guest,  Dr Shivasharan Shetty- Managing Director, Namma TV and Mr Stephen Pinto- Vice President- Parish Pastoral Council, St. Sebastian Church Bendur, as our Guests of honour, Our Correspondent Rev. Fr. Vincent Monteiro Presided over the program.

The inaugural program started with the prayer song, followed by the welcome dance. The students who have brought laurels to our college were honoured and felicitated for their achievements. The Chief Guest Rev Fr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Campus Incharge-Philomena College Puttur, gave insights on how important it is to be educated. Dr Shivasharan Shetty encouraged the students to grab the opportunities as and when they get one.

The Cultural program began at 5.15 P.M and went up till 7.15 P.M. The College Day was a grand success as the students were very well behaved, there was a huge crowd and the program went on as scheduled.
