Aug 31, 2017: Our institute organized Talents Day for the students on 31st August 2017. The inaugural program started at 9.00 a.m. in the auditorium. The dignitaries who were present on dias for this special occasion were; the president of the program our correspondent Rev. Fr. Antony Shera, the Chief Guest - Sri Devdas Kapikad - a very famous and renowned tulu drama and film artist, PUC Principal Mrs. Gladys Aloysius, our Principal Rev. Fr. Alwin Serrao, Vice Principal Mr. Roshan Santhumayor, Student Council President Mr. Ashton Sequeira and Cultural secretary Ms. Ranjitha.
Sri Devidas Kapikad was felicitated for his achievements and generous contribution to the tulu film Industry. Immediately after the inaugural program the competitions was started and there were total of 14 competitions, namely, Padua’s Got Talent, Mock Press, Best Manager, Face Painting, Pencil Sketching, Poster Making, Collage, Art out of Waste, Quiz, Essay Writing, group dance, Mad-AD, photography and debate competition. All the students were given an opportunity to showcase their different talents and all the students were very happy and energetically participated.
