July 15, 2017: Student Council and the various clubs of our institute were inaugurated on 15th July 2017 at 10.00 a.m. in the College auditorium.
The special people who graced this occasion were : Our Correspondent Rev. Fr. Antony Shera as the president of the program, Prof. Naveen Dias Associate Professor Government First Grade College, Carstreet as the Chief Guest; Dr. Ashalatha Suvarna, Associate Professor Sri Gokarnatheshwara College as the Guest of Honour; Our Principal Rev. Fr. Alwin Serrao; Our Vice Principal and the coordinator of Students Council Mr. Roshan Santhumayor; Student Council President Mr. Ashton Sequeira and Student Council Secretary Ms. Poojashri.
The program consisted of various formalities like inaugurating the student council by opening the coconut bud, inaugurating the various clubs by pouring water to the plants, oath taking by the student council members, talks by various dignitaries on the dais. The formal program was followed by the cultural program which consisted of a folk dance, filmy dance, a skit with a moral on mother and orchestra.
