23rd January 2020, Padua College of Commerce and Management organized a talk on resume writing and skill development for all the final year students. The Resource person for this talk was Prof. Nandakishore- Assit. Prof. of English in Government First Grade College, Bantwal. The sessions consisted of Developing the Interview Skills, the students were also trained on how to prepare Resume. The soft skills and the employability skills of the students were highlighted. The tricks for improving the personality of the students were told by the resource person.
