Independence Day celebration

72ND Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp and show in our institute on 15th August 2018. The day started at 8.15 with the celebration of Eucharistic Mass in the Auditorium for all the catholic staff and students and thereafter the students and staff assembled in the Padua Campus for flag hoisting.

The distinguished guest was escorted to the flag pole by the high school band and the flag hoisting took place all the students saluted our flag and sang the national anthem. The Chief Guest for this program was Our Correspondent Rev. Fr. Vincent Monteiro presided over the function; our Principal Rev. Fr. Alwin Serrao and the Head of all the Institutes were present.

The winners of the Cross Country race were awarded prizes by the Chief Guest. The orchestra played a very beautiful song. The program came to an end by 10.00 A.M. Sweets were distributed to everyone present in the ground.
